PolyCo introduced personal protective gowns to replace the traditional gown, which comprised of two sleeves and an apron. PolyWear personal disposable gowns are made from light-weight polyethylene and comprises of three sizes: regular, large and extra-large to suit all customers. The gowns are perfect as they ease wearing and removal time while still improving its protective capabilities over imports. It features a contoured thumb loop to secure the sleeves for added protection, greater anterior splash protection, and tear-away feature on the back for easy and faster gown removal after use. A full length back ensures a more comfortable and increased shoulder coverage protection. The gowns are individually folded then packed in bulk or a neat compact dispenser.

PolyWear gowns are manufactured and marketed under FDA 510(k), MAN K922507, while following FDA regulations and testing with ASTM standards which include breaking load, tensile strength and elongation. They are also compliant with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standard 29, CFR part 1920.1030 and meets AAMI levels 1-4.
